• One Bedroom (800–1200 sq ft): 20 Regular, 10 Large, one Large dolly, 35 labels
• Two Bedroom (1200–1500 sq ft): 30 Regular, 15 Large, two dollies, 60 labels
• Three Bedroom (1500–2000 sq ft): 40 Regular, 30 Large, two dollies, 80 labels
• Four Bedroom (2000–3000 sq ft): 60 Regular, 40 Large, two dollies, 125 labels
• Five Bedroom (3000+ sq ft): 80 Regular, 50 Large, two dollies, 170 labels

Is delivery included? How much is an extra trip?

Yes. Each bundle includes one delivery and one pickup. Each extra trip is $25.

When am I charged?

You pay half up front and half when the bins are dropped off. If you need other payment arrangements, call 817-913-5254.

What’s the cancellation policy?

Free cancellation at any time before the day of the dropoff.

Can I add extras?

How does delivery and pickup work?

We deliver the bins to your current home. You pack them and move them. We pick them up from your new home once they are unpacked. Someone needs to be at home to accept the bins.

What area do you serve?

Borrow Bins serves Fort Worth and surrounding cities. Both your delivery address and pickup address must be local. Call (817) 913-5254 to confirm your addresses.

Can you pick up from a different address than delivery?

Yes — that’s the usual move. Deliver to the current home, pick up from the new home. One delivery and one pickup are included. Another stop is a $25 extra trip.

Do you deliver to apartments? Is there a stairs fee?

Yes, we deliver to apartments. There is no extra fee for apartments or stairs.

Are the bins clean?

Yes. We clean the bins between each rental.

What if I need more than one week / want to extend?

Rentals are by the week. To book more time or extend your rental, call (817) 913-5254 (24/7), or choose a longer rental when you book on the site.

Do you move my stuff?

No. We deliver the bins, you pack and move them, we pick the empty bins up.

Do you pack for me?

No. You pack. We bring the bins, dollies, labels, and optional extras.
